makuroku collects the following data:

•App settings: Hotkey preferences, threshold values, etc. (stored locally on your device)
•Macro and script data: Automation data you create (stored locally on your device)
•License information: License key and expiry date (encrypted and stored in the OS keychain)

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

✓No cloud upload of recorded input: Macros and scripts you record are never sent outside your device
✓No personally identifiable information: We do not collect names, email addresses, or similar personal data
✓No telemetry: Crash reports and usage statistics are never sent automatically

3. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely for the following purposes:

•Providing app functionality (persisting settings, license activation)
•Verifying license validity (communication with Polar.sh API)

4. Third Parties

For license verification, makuroku communicates with Polar.sh (payment platform) to validate license keys. Please review Polar.sh's privacy policy at https://polar.sh/legal/privacy.

5. Data Storage Location

All data is stored locally on your device. No automatic cloud backup is performed.
