These Terms of Service apply to the use of the macro automation tool "makuroku" (the "Software") provided by makuroku works (the "Developer").
Article 2 — License Grant
The Software may be used for personal or commercial purposes. The following uses are prohibited:
- ✗Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the Software
- ✗Using the Software for cheating or unauthorized acts in online games
- ✗Using the Software for unauthorized access to third-party systems
- ✗Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
Article 3 — Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is." The Developer assumes no liability for:
- !Any damages arising from the use of the Software
- !Loss or corruption of data
- !False positives by security software
Article 4 — License Plans
Available at no cost with feature limitations.

Article 5 — Changes to Terms
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
Article 6 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
